Dont count on Kingston hitting 150MHz FSB, they wont even rate any of their DIMM's CAS2at 133MHz, although some may force it succesfully. Nor Crucial really, Crucialwill not rate any modules at above spec, and PC150/PC2400 is not a standard (it wont ever be, PC166/PC2700 will however). Mushkin and corsair are the only major players in the overclocked memory game (KingMax gets honorable mention).

<< mushkin or Corsair only. >>

Only? Nah......You left out Infineon, Crucial (micron chip), Kingmax, Tonicom, and a few others which will typically hit 150 cas2 and better.

I was able to overclock with my Kingston PC133. I didnt really try to push it that hard since I went to 140.

Kingmax and Tonicom are very cheap and hit 150Mhz cas2 very easily. At 3.6v I had Kingmax running 158 and the Tonicom at 163 cas2.

Mushkin is mushkin, and their website is mushkin.com. As for Corsair, mwave.comcarries them.

Also, every memory manufacturer probably has some chips that can overclock to his requested speed, but they wont pick out the ones that do and specify it. Thats why mushkin and corsair are the only real big players in the overclocking game.

I have some Crucial PC133 CAS2 runnign 155fsb CAS2 with all memory timing set to max with no problems. You should probably go Crucial since it's cheaper than Mushkin and very likely to hit 150fsb. If you want the added benefit of knowing that the RAM will hit 150 you may want to fork over the cash and get some high quality Mushkin, not worth it IMHO. Kingston...LOL.

If you're looking for PC2100 then you'll need to get some PC2400 RAM. It seems that people with crucial PC2100 running 150 CAS2 is all luck. Some make it and others fall way short.
