Probably the JMF618 controller. Not too bad. They sure don't pump up the performance numbers like the Sandforce based drives, but you also don't hear the horror stories either (dying in a few weeks, unable to S3 sleep).

Please when you are researching SSD first research how SSD work, Over provisioning, RAISE or similar technologies, Nand used on those SSD's and PE/c / Density and then lastly the price Vs GB ratio...this GB Vs price ratio really is something dreamt up by reviewers who have placed it high on the 'must read" list but in reality it counters how SSD work and ultimately can cause issues.

GB vs price for many is really the most important factor. For me personally I don't care if the drive reads has 300 MB Sequential reads or 200 MB ones, when the cost of adoption is just too high for the amount of data I need to store
