LOL, I bought a 128MB stick of RAM a 1/2 year ago for like $140 bucks. I should've waited for now and get the 256 for $69!

Will there be any conflict if you have CL 2 and CL 3 ram in your system?

No, you will just have to set all of your RAM to run at either setting. Most likely CL3.
