Kingston 1.65V compatible with Haswell?

I am speccing out a PC gaming build and pcpartpicker says that Intel recommends 1.5V, but the RAM I chose (seen below) runs at 1.65V.

I chose the RAM because it's $15-20 cheaper than the ones with heat spreaders and what not, am I going to have to choose a different RAM to get it to work with my build?

My Mobo/Processor is going to be MSI Z87-G41 PC Mate/Intel i5-4760k.

There are plenty of good options at 1.5V or below, these days I'd be looking for RAM rated at 1.35. You don't even need to spend any more than you did:

Note: the RAM you had in the OP uses a heatspreader.

RAM voltage ratings indicate the amount required to deliver the rated speed, it's not an indicator of tolerance. I'd take the 1.25v G.Skill Snipers over that 1.65v stuff any day of the week and it's only a couple bucks more.
