Kingmax Super or TinyBGA ram which is better?

My local delli in spare computer bits only has Kingmax ram TinyBGA and supper ram both say PC2700 what are the ones to get.
Also for overclocking is it better to have ram next to each other or seperated for cooling
Slot 1,2 or 1,3
