512pc3200 oem for $61 bucks at newegg. Never had any experience with kingmax. are they anygood?

Yes.

I would rather get Crucial/Corsair/Mushkin THOUGH.

And always read the reviews. If it doesn't have alot of reviews = stay away :)

I got one of their flash drives about a month ago and it's working fine, so if the warranty is decent they're probably safe.

Like ItmPls I'd pay a couple of dollars extra for crucial,corsair, or mushkin, but probably not $20 more.

I've got Kingmax PC4000 ram in my system been working perfectly for the last 6 months.
