Kingmax PC2700 RAM from Googlegear - 5ns?

It's on 2.7 VIO, but I didn't try lower. I'm thinking about trying 2.8 to see if I can get higher, but I think my CPU and PCI bus might start getting in the way (35.6 MHz right now 178 MHz FSB). The chips feel slightly warm to the touch.
 
I got my Kingmax from Googlegear and it has -05 chips. I've tested it up to 190MHz CL2.5 @2.5V and it runs perfectly. It could probably handle even higher FSBs but unfortunately my expansion cards cannot.

After seeing BlvdKing's post I'm thinking maybe I should bump the voltage up to 2.7V and try CL2. 🙂
 
Just so you guys know...I ordered a Samsung PC2700 DDR333 CAS 2.5 256MB chip from upgradenation.com for $90 shipped. I've heard the Samsungs can do 333 at CAS2 and are supposed to be very good. Newegg has these for just a tad more if you're rather use them but upgradenation shipped me one the same day i ordered for only $5 fedex. I'll let you know how it works when I actually try it in my new setup...
