Mwave is a good company to deal with.....I doubt they would be selling bad RAM.

with all this talk of ver 1.1 having problems, I pulled my pc133 kingmax out, it's ver 1.2. I have a soyo7vca via133a chipset with a 700e cB0 & it still freezes when I try to run it at 133fsb. I thought since it's pc133, overclocking my 700e cB0 should be easy, but no, as long as I don't play any games, it doesn't have any problems running at 133, once I start a game, an hour later it would freeze & the ram isn't even overclocked, but at 126fsb everything runs fine at cas2. dscline made the right choice when he returned his kingmax for crucial. I would return my ram, but then I would end up spending more just to get my cpu from 882mhz to 933, which wouldn't really benefit me more.

Any of you remember the sale at Office Max a while back?
Will, I picked up a stick of 128 PC100, and I'm running PIII550E @825 with this stick. It has NEC chips on it. WOW, 150MHZ bus speed!!!!
This is what I call a deal.

BigRigDriver, I also (used to) have a P3-550E on an Asus P3B-F board, with a 256MB stick of "Mushkin PC133" memory I bought directly from Mushkin. It had NEC chips on it, and ran at 150MHz bus speed just fine. That RAM rocked!

Just to give an update, I sent my PC133 v1.1 to Kingmax, and they did find a problem with it (and are replacing it). My replacement hasn't come back yet, so I can't report on it's performance, but in the meantime I tried one of these PC150 sticks. It currently seems fine in my system at 143FSB 2-2-2. Don't know if it will go any higher, because my G400 gets unhappy if I push the AGP bus too much further. The PC150 is now down to $112, so I'd say it's a pretty good deal.

It still lists at $112. However, when you check out it comes up as $105. An even better deal!

I'm still not clear whether or not anyone with a 815 mobo has been able to successfully run this ram @150 cas2 or even cas3. Can anyone with an Intel 815 chipset who has these confirm?
