King Richard's Fair is back!!!

Can you believe they're charging $25 for an adult ticket to this thing? It seems interesting but is this what they're generally charging for renaissance and "state" type fairs these days?

I've always wanted to go to a renaissance fair sooo bad. I've tried to get some of my friends to go and they think it sounds lame... but come on, it's getting drunk and eating chicken with your hands, what's wrong with that?

I've been to King Richards Faire many times when I was younger...

Its not your typical "Fair"... Its more entertainment...

Jousting, swordfights. Watch them blow glass..
Make dragon candles and others...

Everyone dresses up, pretty much you can see women with their tits busting out their tops.

Thats all I can think of right now

$25 is actually down a buck or two from last year, I think. I still go, even though not that much changes and crowds annoy me. 🙂

I haven't seen commercials for that place in a long while...I supposed it's probably because I was always at college.

The one in PA is $27.95 for an adult ticket.

I like going to it. I don't dress up or anything but I find the time period very interesting. Lots of stuff to see and do also.

I vaguely remember going to King Richard's as a kid, when my family lived in Rhode Island. That would have been over 25 years ago.

MN has a Ren Fest every year, I think tickets are about $18. I usually go every once every few years, eat a turkey leg, drink some mead. There's usually some good shows: juggling acts, fire breathers, Puke and Snot, The Tortuga Twins.

And yeah, a little cleavage never hurts.

Maryland has a yearly renaissance fair that is quite good. Its got everything you need and is about that price:
Steak on a stick
Turkey legs
Chain Mail bikinis (with cleavage)
Beer
