Husband, wife + 3 kids, one fat, one early/mid teen, one baby, one late teens, two boys & one girl.....no, we have never seen this before.

And what is this, his "other" life, with his "other" family that we've never heard of before?

King of the Hill appealed to Middle America, that's how it lasted. It's kind of how country is the most popular, or close to it (dont remember these days), form of music. It hits the same demographic. Coincidentally, it generally draws the parents of the viewers most responsible for American Idol's ratings.

I never thought it was a great show, but the goal was a totally different market.

Never liked it either.

Family Guy and Futurama are awesome though.

It grew on me but can honestly say I won't miss it too much. Still had a great run so haw-haw to all you haters who can't stand it even though you probably only saw like 2 episodes. Plus it'll still be on nights in syndication so you won't be totally rid of it either.

Good riddance, that show sucked so bad its simply unbelievable how long that crap show lasted. Idiots at Fox somehow manage to can great shows like Family Guy and Futurama.

ATOT hates everything besides 24 and The Office. King of the hill has many good episodes, but plenty of lame ass ones as well. Still, It was a good show overall.

Good riddance to King of the Hill. But I keep recording American Dad, and then deleting it after about 10 minutes of hair pulling boredom and stupidity. And the Simpson's are now beginning to grate on my unfunny stupid tedious boredom nerves, too. Oddly, I can still watch entire episodes of Family Guy and even grunt laugh a few times in the process.

Fortunately, most of the new Adult Swim shows are still watchable though, but Assy Mcgee just makes me shudder with fear after a few minutes.

Futurama cost more, since it was a Matt Groening creation. And they were using a lot of digital animation in it, too. Futurama was VASTLY superior to the Simpsons, too. But since the Simpsons are now made in some hidden and dark Asian sweatshops, we still have that mess of a cartoon. And the huge merchandising rights to the Simpson's helps it limp along, season after season, not the quality of it, sadly.

I think it's pretty obvious what demographic they hope to snare with the Cleveland Show. Part of me just died a little, as well. Next we will have the cartoon Moesha Show, only on Fox, the new cartoon UPN. :p

I wonder if all the people who hated it did so because the show hit a lil too close to home :p ;)

I don't watch any TV much but I've caught a few KOTH and they were pretty good. The one where the Dolphin was trying to molest Hank was great. And I laughed when Dale was using the virtual reality riding lawn mower thing at the lawn mower convention.

ATOT is just the absolutely wrong demographic for the show. Still, the level of hate for it here is somewhat out of hand.

It wasn't that bad at all -- Dale was a hilarious character -- but I can't say I was ever drawn to actually watch it much.

Anyone who thinks it was PRO-redneck is probably way too retarded to properly value the clean burning properties of genuine propane, I tell you whut! ;)
