Kindle Touch 'crashed' - how to fix?

I just loaded a new ebook to my Kindle Touch and it looks like it crashed it. The book title shows up as if it's loaded but it just sits on that screen. I hooked it up to my computer, deleted the book files, but when I turn it on it still tries to load this book. Is there some other file I need to delete or how do I 'reset' it?
