Kindle Fire - confirm how to remove email account?

I don't have one in front of me to play around with, but I want to make sure I'm not giving outdated instructions to an elderly man. Is this still the way to remove an email account for Kindle Fire?

• Open email.
• Tap Menu > Accounts.
• Tap-and-hold the account you want to remove.
• Select "Remove" from the pop-up menu.
