On the 16th I ordered an Intel 2.66/533 cpu & an Intel 865PERLL (10/100 onboard Lan)
I just now noticed from the actual item #'s that they're shipping me an Intel 865PERL (no onboard Lan)

I clicked on & PAID for the 865PERLL but they're shipping me the PERL (-$15. diff) ! !

PERLL = $128. ($130. when purchased)
PERL = $113. ($115. at time of above purchase)

My order is halfway to me btw .
Not that I'm complaining 🙂 .......... NewEgg has been great for the past 3 years but DAMNED those WAREHOUSE personel **LOL**

Has anyone gone through this & know how NewEgg handles this ? (Next purchase = credit or what ?)
Damned if I'm sending it back & waiting 2 weeks ! ................. I'll add a Network/Lan card before doing that !


 
newegg is god equivalent.

if they shipped different than you ordered, then you must have ordered the wrong thing. 😛
 
I tried calling them but I was about a half hour late .
It's supposed to arrive Thursday but I have a cpu shipping with it & I need this thing running as of PRONTO 😉


I had a PSU go out in my current sytem this morning , luckily , I had the PSU from the case I just bought for my new computer (Antec 835II w/350watt) to replace it with 🙂
 
I did NOT order the wrong thing !
I ordered a $130. INTEL PERLL ............... & am being shipped a $115. INTEL PERL according to thier item #'s !

Just call and explain the situation. I just RMA'd a defective A7N8X and they were 1000000000000000000% awesome about it. 0 problems.
 
I've had such a bad experience with newegg i refuse to do business with them anymore. you aren't alone in being upset with them. i actually got more accomplished via email than i did calling them on the phone. i can't ever remember being so rudely treated in my entire life like i was on the phone with newegg.com. ridiculous.
 
Trust me , I've already sent an E-mail showing the diff. in prices/compared to what they sent me (copy/paste)
I'm not really that mad but when you click on product on thier site , you'd expect the product you clicked on was the one you were getting !


I'm not at all suprised because of the 100+ variations of the 865/875 boards out there ! **LOL** They're well confused , trust me . 😕
 
Why not e-mail them? They accidentally chraged me for shipping on a gree-ship item, I e-mailed CS and got a reply withing 24 hours, and money credited back within 48hrs. Newegg simply rocks!
 
Ok , just got an email from NewEgg stating that I ordered the wrong item by mistake . You be the judge .

I also called & was treated like I was wrong before I even said anything **LOL**
I just ended up hanging up because there was no use in speaking to a person that would not listen !

All I want is the damned $15. credit back on my card . I've Spent close to $600. there this mth. alone .

In the end & eat the money before sending the board back ! ! Too much hassle !
