Pretty sure it's just the monitor, looks like one I got from a job once and used it as a 2nd monitor. Pretty good monitors actually.

The site mentions the barrel was sent out to be chambered when the pictures were taken. Going to be Match .308.

The website says that at the time of the photographs, the barrel was off being chambered. There's also a muzzle brake that will go on the barrel. It's being set up to shoot .308 match.

Nothing there actually presents a gun. You still have to go through a background check to purchase the action.

Anyone can make various gun components, but the receiving component must go through an FFL or you must get the proper licensing to manufacture one.

i doubt it, barrel can't be...but the rest? they already use plastics and stuff in other rifles for the rest of the bits.
