The website says that at the time of the photographs, the barrel was off being chambered. There's also a muzzle brake that will go on the barrel. It's being set up to shoot .308 match.

looks like it had heavy inspiration from the walther WA2000, but they missed all the important bits...

Nothing there actually presents a gun. You still have to go through a background check to purchase the action.

Anyone can make various gun components, but the receiving component must go through an FFL or you must get the proper licensing to manufacture one.
