kind of a weird problem?

every time I try to start up a program Windows installer pops up saying that it wants install Microsoft Office. I already have it installed and it is a legit copy. It just gets kind of annoying messing with it all the time. Thanks all!
 
Why not just let it do its thing once and see if it goes away? Might be it wants to install some component that is missing.
