I love kimchi. I eat it with eggs and rice.

Do you have anything else I can eat it with? I would appreciate any suggestions or ideas.

Try making it into a burrito.

My best friend is Korean and he must be the only Korean that HATES kimchi (or is that kimchee??) to death. His parents just puts a big bowl of kimchi on the dinner table everyday and my friend can't even look at it.

I think its ok...not sure how all kimchi is done (I take it everyone has their own personal recipe..like how much spice to use..etc) but I thought it was alright but the smell is WAY too strong. It stunk up my place when he bought some over once.

My Korean friends tell me it's great on pizza, but I disagree with them on that.

Sorry but that is kinda weird. Altho, I never turn down a good suggestion. I will try it on my next pepperoni pizza.

also with noodle dishes and korean soups it's pretty nice.

it's also good with korean bbq, rice, wrapped up in a lettuce wrap, mmm mmmm.

kinda like how i stay away from dariy milk. to each his own 🙂

i like kimchee and all, but i am not one of those home grown koreans that cant have a meal without it. conventionally most people like it sour, but i prefer it "unripe".
