killing krauser in RE4.

are the gamecube and the Wii versions the only ones rendered in game?

i would guess so (given how many opportunities the Xbox 360 and PS3 remasters missed in nearly every remaster), but i am not sure so that is why i decided to ask.

From the title, you might think this is a thread asking for gameplay tips. And then I saw that it's by Anarchist420 and braced myself for a poorly-written political rant.

If you think about Leon Kennedy is really FDR and the president's daughter is actually a personification of the great depression. The great compromise is the settling for the legal issue for the PS2 version to be released. Las Plagas is the free market economy that turns everyone into mindless, profit driven monsters.

It is clearly a very political game.

I can't make heads or tails of the OP, but assuming this is really about killing Krauser in RE4, make sure to use the knife on him when he gets close to you.

thank you🙂 i bought the original (gamecube version) the day it was officially released and beat krauser on my first try.

i heard something like the PS2's fight against krauser wasnt as cool because it lacked the flipper's T&L engine so i was guessing the difference was that the PS2 had a rendered CG cutscene at the end of the battle rather than rendering everything in game. so basically, i was asking... do the HD remasters of RE4 lack anything from the gamecube original like the PS2 version did/ what, if anything, did the GC version do better than the remaster?.

Who cares?

As someone who bought the game the first day it was available on GC, just like all previous RE titles, the fight with Krauser was a boring waste of time; completely uninteresting and antithetical to the whole spirit and atmosphere of a survival horror game, and downright silly from a plot standpoint.

Sadly, its been all down hill from there with the series, but RE4 was the beginning of the end. People were too in awe of the new (rather meager) control scheme, without noticing the game itself was sucking. And then we got disappearing ninja battles with Matrix Wesker that make the Power Rangers blush in the next game, and QTE abominations all over RE 6.
