Sorry to hear about your problem, i agree with jfrog and run Prime95. To be honest, i don't think you deserve new parts through RMA. You made a choice to mess with the fans while the PC was running, and you damaged the CPU and RAM. This would be like me leaving my car running, in drive, getting out and cleaning the windows, and it drives into a tree. Where's my new car?

It bothers me b/c if AMD gives you a new CPU at no cost, then they eat the expense. The more this type of thing happens, the higher their cost of doing business, the higher the cost of a CPU I want to buy down the road.
