Kill SSD

Ok, let's have some fun around here.
I have one piece of SSD, mostly noname, 120GB, SATA 3.
It's pretty old, and last week i bought a new one.

Now, I want to destroy/kill the old one, without any evidence of burning or something else.
It doesn't have anymore warranty, but i need to show someone that it doesn't work, and it's not burnt or something, so i can justify my new ssd.

Now it's empty, it has slow speeds (150w/200r) (mostly why i changed it).

Any ideeas?

Commuting fraud is a serious criminal offense. We cannot and will not help you in this endeavor.

In the meantime if you want a useful response, I would suggest secure erasing your SSD

Justification is you already bought it. Someone is apparently going to lose.

Thanks for playing.

Not helping, thanks.

I tried connecting the yellow wire (12v) with the red wire (5v).
Not working. I heard a tssssssss sound for 2s, and then i closed the psu.

The tough fella is still working ffs.

just flash a firmware and unplug it in the middle of flashing. Insta brick.

Nice thinking, but i tried several times and it seems it's a darn update utility.
It does recognize my SSD, but when i try to apply the updates, it gives me an error 0xDEADBEEF (my first thought was: really? dead beef? lol 😀)

What usernames? This is my first account here, and i don't see the stupidity.
I'm using anandtech for benchmarks and charts since forever, but i thought that people could help me around here for my situation.
I'm asking for an advice or an opinion, i'm not asking to kill anyone. Chill down.

I'm sorry, i can't find an image uploader, so i'm uploading it somewhere else:

Open it up, find the processor, use a screwdriver to gouge the traces... it is dead.

P.S, this is a really odd request.

I can't open it up. It's sealed.
PS: Why is it odd? I'm not asking for donations or anything. I'm asking for a bit of imagination 😀.
Think of it as a very hard puzzle. Broke it without any evidence.

Can you clarify the bounds here - it seems you want to have evidence showing it doesn't work, but not have any evidence that it doesn't work?

How can this be? What constraints are driving the evidence for not working - how can you prove it doesn't work, without there being some evidence that it doesn't work?

No evidence as in burning, or water, or mercury, or whatever.
I need it to be perfectly clear inside.
I worked 5 years in a it service and it seems that i cannot find a solution. Usually, they came DoA, and that's that. I never received this kind of request from anybody, so i don't know how to manage.
