"Kill it all"

A program called "end it all" is said to close any useless programs on your computer when activated, ever hear of it, is it safe?

I've used it w/o problems, and have it installed on both my laptop and desktop

Msconfig works just as well.

agreed, I use msconfig for that, but this program seems like a shortcut.

A shortcut to what? You end them in msconfig permanently, you don't have to do it again.
