Damn....five minutes....FIVE FRIGGEN MINUTES:|


Friends of the family had come over with their kids. I had kept them off the internet for as long as possible, but alas, I got distracted with something, and one of them used the video editing machine (holy computer not to be touched) to access of their game sites....

5 min =104 pieces of adware/spyware...this bastard is crawling with them.


If I had gone out and left them with my pc, I would have fainted.....:shrug;

1) Why in the name of satan is your edit rig internet accessible
2) Logoff + Password. Even if you live alone.
 
Mine is usually locked down, but when they told me they were coming, I realized that having left, it would have been unlocked. ( I messing around with newsgroups and wanted to keep tabs on the process😱)


Needless to say, my machine is spotless, and I would have gone ballistic...all is good tough.....once I get all of this sh!t off:|
 
lol i can understand.. but its not the end of the world...

i guess i dont have kids.. but i have roommate and friends that are like that.. thoes bastards
 
it's not just kids who you should be careful with..... msot of peple don't know how to surf the web.... many think that clicking 'yes' to an answer is always good.

My whole room is filled with toys I bet kids would just love to touch but they can't.

ahaha, i dont know if i should be happy or not that all my goodies are in my bedroom

actually, probably happy, since all the little kids that visit our house (parties, gettogethers) always play downstairs or in the backyard

the only people that come into my room are friends (same age)

goodies = computer (which took a lot of my savings), playstation 2, 2005FPw (which i use to display both)
 
Thats why you remove all traces of IE. Not quickbar shortcut, no desktop shortcut, no programs files shortcut.
