Prosthetics improve their quaility of life.

Presenting as trans / surgery, etc improve the quality of life for people suffering from gender or body dysmorphia.

I support anyone’s right to make medical decisions for themselves and I have no problem with making the small concessions required for them to function in society.

I mean quite frankly handicap parking spaces are a bigger and more frequent concession I have to make since it impacts me every time I have to park. Trans people presenting as a different sex/gender than they were born to or society expected of them only impacts me by agreeing to call them by the name and pronoun they wish - which is basic fucking politeness.

To say no they’re not real boys, they’re transgender boys seems to be counter to what you’re arguing. If it said biological males then you’d have a point I guess. The comments regarding transgenders makes up all of two lines out of the entire document, simply stating that yes, trans-gendered people exist, and if a person was born with female biology, they may have periods, even if they now identify as a male.

This isn't some big fucking deal to lose our minds over, honestly. It's a basic part of sex-ed, and human hygiene.

No, their logic is completely fucked on that as well. Because their reasoning is coming from a whole host of completely fucking dumb ideas from centuries ago. Its because ceding this, legitimizes trans people, which they cannot have. There are only men and women, and they only have sex to procreate. Sexual organs lock your gender and that's what you are, and those organs are only there for procreation. Its all tied together. Which is why the other person was linking how fucked up their beliefs on this are because it directly relates to how they view sex and sexual organs in general; they are not for fun, they are there to make babies, and what sexual organs you have from birth define what role you'll have in society and that's final; if you are a woman and get your baby making bits removed you are evil and have gone against God's will to be used for procreation and that's the same as having an abortion; just like using condoms and other birth control is evil because if you're not having sex to procreate then its evil and wrong and so either get to having the babies or don't be fuckin).
