Kidproof tweak?

I'm looking for a tweak for Win98 that prevents the user from dragging files around the desktop. Is there one available? I'm trying to kid-proof a computer from a five-year old who keeps hiding things, changing screen resolutions, moving the taskbar, etc...

that's a tough one, Win2k is what you want. It will give you all of that and more.

It's been a while, but I think Win98 has a policy editor on the CD that will let you restrict things like icon only access.

Rick click desktop, go to Arrange Icons, Auto Arrange. You can still move the taskbar though

Thank you Bond. I wanted to put the kid's icons on one side, and his mom's icons on the other, but it looks like auto-arrange is probably the best bet. He derives great pleasure from dragging things around the desktop.
