You're probablly right. Doesn't really seem fair to me though. One thing is for certain, the kid will have a reckoning coming down on his curly headed a$$ when pops finds out about this.

I'm not sure how much, if any, time you've spent out on your own as a self-supporting adult, but you'll find that the world does not make considerations for fair. People who think it does, will, or should are in for a very rude awakening.

.......I'm 26 What's up with your attitude? I simply stated that the kid probablly took it without his permission and pretty much stole it. To hold him responsible for that would be like my car getting stolen and them blaiming me when someone uses the car in a hit and run. I understand NDA's, but neither of use know the details in this.

Calm down with the "young whipper snapper" attitude.

No, a better analogy would be you hiding classified government material under your pillow, and then having your kid sell it to the Russians. Should you be responsible?

Heh, you seem to think I'm worked up. I understand that the internet does not transmit tone well, but I am in no way worked up. Honestly, looking back on what I wrote, I don't see what made you think I had an attitude in the first place.

The only point I'm making is that mourning whether or not something is fair is a waste of time. It will be what it will be, and the only real options are to move forward or sit and lament.

Yes, for being an idiot and hiding it under your pillow in the first place.

Kid is stupid. Look sto be 14-15 to me.

The worst part is he didn't even bother to mark off the serial code on the XBOX360 on the backside in those pictures, so you can see them pretty easily.

If he REALLLY had to, he should have made a fake account, and just show a picture of the XBox working without necessarily showing himself.

Ah well, idiots dig their own grave, though i feel sorry for the father
