i wasnt a huge fan of the first one though. i thought it was ok, but i really dont know why everyone thought it was so awesome.

first movie was one of the most overrated movies i've ever seen. and it had nicholas cage in it so it automatically loses points. will check out the trailer for the sequel at home.

She was, at most, 13 when the first one was filmed. She's still only 16...

well that explains it then. she wasnt hot in the first movie. this one she does kinda look hot. there are tons of really hot 16 year olds- dont even try to seem above that because you think the same thing.

I don't think it hurt the movie though. That little girl beating the shit out of everyone was probably the best part.
 
I've always planned on watching the sequel but I was also really curious to see how Jim Carrey turned out...so far, he looks pretty good.
