KG7lite - PCI card problems

Hi,
I've got a major problem with PCI cards...

Spec with no PCI cards installed (works fine):

T'Bird 1.4 (10.5*133)
Abit KG7-Lite
256Mb Crucial PC2100 CAS2.5
Leadtek Geforce 2 Pro
IBM Deskstar 75GXP 30Gb
Juno P6 Full Tower (300w PSU)
WinME

I have the following PCI cards:

Realtek RTL8139(A) PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter
Realtek RTL8029(AS) PCI Ethernet Adapter
CNet PRO200 PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter
SBLive (1st version)
SM56 Modem
Ambient HaM modem
Hauppauge WinTV

I would like to get two ethernet cards, the SBlive, the WinTV and a modem working.
All the cards work fine on their own.
If i install four (or more) cards (doesn't matter which) in any combination the system gives one of the following errors:

(just after "Verifying DMI Pool")
"ATAPI CD-Rom Boot Failed. Insert system disk."
(The CD-Rom is set to the third boot device, it seems to be just ignoring the hard disk)

The other error i get is when windows starts booting. It brings up the boot menu saying "registry corruption, go into Safe mode". If i try to continue booting into Safe or Normal mode it just freezes with the HDD activity light stuck on. If I then switch it off and take the PCI cards out, the system boots perfectly with no registy corruption.
Which error i get seems to depends on the combination of cards and slots.

Any two cards in any slots works.

This works also:
CNet PRO200 PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter (PCI slot 4)
SBLive (PC slot 5)
Realtek RTL8139(A) PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter (PCI slot 6)
If i put ANYTHING else in with them i get the ATAPI boot fail message

Apart from that, most combinations of 3 cards don't work. Anymore than 3 cards does not work in any combination.

I have no idea what the problem could be, i've tried everything i can think of 😕
Any ideas?
Thanks
