KG7-RAID problems with power-up

Ok, I just bought a KG7-Raid from compgeeks using the NewEgg's Agoia 1600XP+ processor. I have plugged everything in correctly, which I believe. Now, when I try to start up the computer, the fans go on for like half a second then turn off. I cannot send power again until I unplug and plug the power back into the motherboard. I'm using the delta 300 watt powersupply and I tested it so it works fine.

anyone know any tips to fix my problem?? why the power goes on for only .5 seconds... I have the CPU fan connected to the fan 1 and the case fan connected to fan 4. i reversed the two fans, and still the same. and fan 2 is connected to a fan on the motherboard. hmm...

any help would be appreciated thanks.

ok, i found the problem is the powersupply. it is the delta one that needs to be modded.

now i have another problem though. the fans power up fine and continously; however, nothing displays on the monitor. it is not the video card either, because it has been tested to be good. could it be the cpu?

thanks

Usually CPU, RAM or AGP video card not seated properly or a drive data cable connected upside down or only on half the pins (usually floppy or zip drives). Also unplug the AC from the computer and do a CMOS clear per your manual's instructions.
.b.h..
