Man Arrested For Allegedly Selling Pot Through Drive Through

MILL VALLEY, Calif. -- No, it's not the Colonel's secret recipe of 11 herbs and spices.

A customer at a Northern California Kentucky Fried Chicken got two baggies of pot in his chicken order. The man had asked for extra biscuits. Police said the man returned the marijuana to the KFC and got his biscuits.

The customer then called the police. Marin County deputies arrested Carlos Ayala and said he may have been selling weed out of the drive-up window.


Authorities believe Ayala would slip the marijuana into a to-go order when the customer used the right code word.

Yawn. Old copy-cat crimes. The original was at least 5 years ago at a Mcdonalds a few miles from where I live. It was a really big story at the time, made it into Leno's and Letterman's monologues and into one of Dennis Millers rants. Since then it's happened several times verified and a whole lot of hoaxes like "I knew a guy who heard that the manager of the local Burger King was selling nuclear warheads with every large order of fries..."
