Keystone Jacks - Punchdown vs tool-less

I'm thinking about properly wiring my apartment and I'm looking at these keystone jacks from Monoprice. Should I go with the punchdown or tool-less variety? Looking at both their how-to guides, it looks like the punchdown ones would hold quite a bit better.

I'm guessing I would need a punchdown tool for the patch panel anyways, so I may as well go punchdown keystone jacks?

I've only used punch down and they work great in comparison to the horror stories I heard about tool-less designs. I would recommend the punch down version.
