Keypand and Mouse freeze when gaming

I have the system below and I have just got it up and running. When I play any game like COD2 or BF2 for a little while i start to hear some case speaker beeps, just one beep each time i hear it. Then a few minutes later my mouse and keypad stop working, but everything else seems to keep running. It takes me turning the computer off at both the case button and the PSU power switch to reset it.

WHATS GOING ON???

I have updated the drivers from 6.4 to 6.8 ati driver, when I did that BF2 would not start. So I reverted back to 6.4 and still get the issue.


any help would be great.
