I'm probably in desparate need of a new keyboard. It's getting fairly old, and typing on it for longer than a few minutes starts hurting my fingers. I use Sun Sparc workstations at the university at work and school and I REALLY like their keyboards. I like the feel of pushing on the keys. They also seem really durable. I know they get heavy use with all the students and I don't think they've been replaced for awhile (at least I think so). I know there are conversion kits to convert a Sun keyboard to a PC, but they are expensive. Anything remotely similar to the feel of a Sun keyboard for a PC? I've been thinking of the Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro, but I'm not real sure. I guess I just need to go somewhere and practice typing on it

I love the typing feel of my IBM Rapid Access keyboard. Has a quality feel to it IMO.

The MS Natural Pro is a great keyboard, probably the best ergonomic split style keyboard right now, it feels good, and its very durable, with lots of hotkeys and USB hub, exccellent keyboard. If you dont like the split style, the MS Internet Pro is also very good, it's basically a Natural Pro in regular keybaord style(not split).

Rapid Access keyboards suck (IMHO). They're too soft (not enough feedback). The closest thing you'll probably find to a Sun keyboard is one of those old IBM AT keyboards. I love those things, but the few online places that actually keep a few in stock want way too much for them (you know, it's pretty hard to justify paying $70 for a keyboard anymore, unless it's a fancy wireless model). The tactile feedback and durability of those things are second to none though (oh yeah, and they don't have those stupid Win9x keys either).
