While I am being rediculously picky - I think the Cherry brown would be even better if it took only about half the force and half the stroke distance. Does such a thing exist?

Realforce variable has many switches that are 35g or less, although some of the switches (e.g. spacebar) are heavier for "ergonomic" effect. I think there are some rare Topre keyboards that are uniformly 35g.

I have a uniform 45g Realforce and it definitely feels lighter than the Das with browns that I used to have (in addition to having a very different actuation feel in general. You should try out Topre if you haven't).

Does Topre have a backlit board?

As far as I know, none of the models that are readily available in North America are backlit. And they're all ridiculously expensive, so a significant investment is required to just try them out and see if you like them.
