Just got new semester class' and this one sucks...keyboarding. She is telling me how to keyboard. She wants me to buy a wrist gaurd so i do not develop any wrist diseases. She also has a pillow case club, take a wink at the keyboard where your typing and she puts the pillow case right on your keyboard. "No peeking" ahhhhhhhhh i neeed out of here.

ok sorry :|🙁

Does she make you type "properly", or just without looking? I can type very fast without looking but it's not the proper home key way to type.

I remember my "keyboarding" class in 10th grade during the 70's. We used manual typewriters. There was no concern for pain back then. We worked through it or failed.

How times have changed.

My keyboarding class was like that initially as well, then the teacher figured out that I pwn her and left me alone.

I'm glad I took keyboarding back in high school. I was on a manual typewriter too as this was probably around '88. In my day, we didn't have all these fancy PCs. You used a typewriter and you liked it.
