I hate the insert key 'cuz I accidentally press it and I don't know if it's on or not and then it starts writing over letters that I actually want to keep, I don't want to pull the button out because it will make my keyboard look ugly, any suggestions or software of such I could use for this issue?

I'm thinking of just super glueing the insert key to the point where it does not work anymore, and I doubt I will ever use it anyway...
 
Pull off the key-cap and stretch the spring. Replace key-cap. Repeat as necessary for the right 'feel'.

Stick something under the key
I think there's a program somewhere that removes its function
