Keyboard works only out of windows

Hi to all.
A friend old computer (p200) was working fine.
He had a new mouse (USB) to install, so I activated the mobo's USB controller in the BIOS (was disabled) and installed it. It works fine now, but the keyboard doesn't work anymore.


It works fine in BIOS and real DOS, but not in win.
I deleted the keyboard from the hardware list, and on restart windows found it and installed it (generic keyboard) but still doesn't work.

How can I fix it? Please help me!!!
