Keyboard shortcuts not working after XP SP2 install

Hey All,

My keyboard shortcuts won't work!! Cntrl C, Cntrl V (cop and paste) are the two most important things I lost the ability to do.

Any idea how I can fix this?? Holding shift to highlighting in outlook dose not work either
