Keyboard Shortcut For Cascading Windows?

Is there a keyboard shortcut that does the same thing as right clicking the taskbar and clicking "Cascade Windows", and the other functions there? I'm finding that it's actually a very useful function because I often work with multiple windows, combined with X-Mouse, but clicking the taskbar and selecting that is not as fast as it could be with a simple keyboard shortcut. Anyone know?

Also does anyone know how to make it so that windows never overlap the taskbar?
