Keyboard PS/2 port not functioning on NV7-133R

I just received a motherboard after RMAing a bad one and the refurbished one I just received has a non functioning PS/2 keyboard port. I've tried 3 keyboards and none worked. The mouse PS/2 port works fine. The system is still able to boot into Windows though even though the keyboard isn't being detected. If I disconnect the keyboard, the mouse stops working and won't work again until I restart the computer. What should I do? Should I RMA it again?
