Keyboard port burnout?

I think the keyboard PS/2 port on my MSI 6380LE as burnt out. My USB keyboard works fine, but when I plug in my PS/2 keyboard, nothing on the keyboard lights up and XP doesn't detect it at all. I tried the keyboard at work and it works fine, and I tried a different PS/2 keyboard and that one didn't work on my mobo either.

I am going to but a new mobo (A7V333), but before I do, I was wondering if there is a chance that it is not my mobo and maybe something else. i was thinking it may be my power supply - maybe there is a short and it isn't delivering power to the keyboard port...

Anyone have any suggestions?
