Keyboard not working

Whenever I start my PC, keyboard is not working. After switching on the computer power button, I have to adjust the Keyboard plug and then only keyboard will work, otherwise the system is not detecting the keyboard. Please help resolving this problem
 
After I posted that, I just got this image in my head of "General Hardware" He's this old army guy that knows a lot about computers... or just a computer with a general's hat on. But due to the sheer number of people that post here I bet I'm not the first one to think that. So dont listen to mE!
