Keyboard not working in BIOS

Bought a refurb Foxconn Renaissance II x58 board and I can't get any keyboards to work in BIOS. I can enter the bios however from there no keys work so I can not access any menu's/settings.

I've Tried:

-2 different USB keyboards
-1 PS2 keyboard
-Clearing the CMOS and removing the battery
-Re flashing the latest BIOS

Loaded win7 just fine however I need access to the bios, any thoughts?
