I cant find it now but I had seen one that was like a bench that went over your legs, it was great for sitting down or laying in bed, I was black and boxy looking but was adjustable and built in usb ports and was around $150-200

Any ideas?
 
Don know what specific one you are talking about, but in general I think they are called overbed tables. If not that, maybe just a bed table. Its similar what you would use for breakfast in bed, except it has legs.
 
$150-200? Really? Seems a bit steep for what you're describing.

Something just as good or better could probably be DIY built for far less.
