Keyboard/Mouse Lag

Ive got a Razer Copperhead mouse and a cheap Logitech Keyboard(corded) and when I play certain games it seems to give me random lags in my keyboard or mouse. Take Call Of Duty 2 for examble, when I play randomly it will lag. I will be walking and whatever key ill be pressing before it starts is where I will be going for atleast 3-4 seconds. My mouse doesnt move when this lag happens either. If I hit any keys while its going on the action will be done after that series of time is up. Anyone got any ideas?

Bad drivers can do this, as well as being CPU limited, in other words low framerates and low response. Update drivers, and if that doesn't help, get new stuff.
 
actually for some strange reason it's now gone. I didnt think this should have been happening when getting 150fps on CSS but its gone now so I can rejoice for everything in this pc works fine now!
