What problem does it sound like to you? I'm thinking maybe a power supply problem? Happened in both my P83 and K6-2 systems, different cases, different motherboards, different keyboards, etc.. still happened. Both are old (486 times) cases with old power supplies (150w for p83 and 230w for K6-2).
It's really annoying when you click reply to an icq message and hitting the keys results in nothing!
If I unplug it and plug it back in again, it works (without reboot). WTF is this? It's been bothering me for nearly a year now.

That sucks, and thats pretty weird. I have never seen that. Have you tried using a new keyboard?
