Keyboard is beeping when I type...Lenovo Z60t

Hello, while I am typing notes or stuff on the laptop keyboard it will beep sometimes if I type too fast. Is there anyway to stop this? It is extremely annoying.
 
sounds to me like one of windows "helpful" (not) Accessibility features. for instance, sometimes in flash games the shift button is used as fire. press it quickly 5 time and sometimes windows pops up this annoying windows. check that.
 
It's not sticky keys. It sounds like a BIOS beep when I do it and can't figure it out.
