Ok I went and ordered some stuff from these guys. One thing was out, it was a black floppy. So the email within the hour asking if I'd like that portion refunded or something else. I take the refund and it's paypalled within minutes.

Finally plugged this in since it arrived last week.

This keyboard has a very nice feel when you're typing.
Definately a hot deal considering the quality, and since I don't
require extra bells & whistles for my k/b.

I have had this keyboard for about a year now and it works great. Never a problem with it. I paid a bit more back then, so I think I will get another one for a new system.

So my money is refunded and that's that. So why do I have a new email from this joker!! Because he wants to let me know that they've now located the black floppy. Becasue of that he is sorry for the confusion and will include it with my order free. WOW color me impressed.

This is clearly a place that see's the value in good customer service, even on an $8 item. I'll definitely be back.
