Keyboard/Hardware/OS Problem?

I had this problem since my last rig. My previous rig, when I press up+space+left, it comes out d sound. I tot it maybe either keyboard or mobo problem. But now my new rig, juz built yesterday, with new keyboard and mobo, when pressing the 3 keys together come out d sound also..... I'm wondering why. Am I the only 1 having this problem? Is it my OS problem? I'm using win xp sp2 btw...
 
Sounds like a keyboard ghosting problem, but I'm not too sure. I know that with my USB keyboard, I can't hold up and left and hit spacebar (jump) at the same time. I can with up and right. I don't really get it. Works just fine with a PS/2 keyboard.
 
Combination keystrokes can vary quite a bit depending on OS, application, etc. This article may be useful.
