I have a mostly functional keyboard, but one key is missing and there's milkshake caking the inside, so some keys are less than responsive. I have looked at replacement keyboards, but the only one I saw was like $50. So, are there any options less than that? On eBay, you can buy individual keys for like $6-$10, but I'm wondering about a whole new keyboard.
One consideration would be whether there are laptops from Gateway that share the same keyboard. If not coloring and exact part number, then the same layout.
If there isn't then I'll just replace the individual key. It's the left brace/bracket, which is pretty important to me for programming...not having it creates an "array" of problems.
