Keyboard dont allow me to switch on my PC

Hello!
My PC is not wotking(absolutly) if the keybord is in. When the keyboard is put out everything is OK. What problem can be with it?Thanks!
 
Is the plug in the correct socket (if it's a PS/2 keyboard, that is)? Green for mouse, purple for keyboard.
